A huge thank you to the wonderful friendly lady at Tauranga Bank today. You were absolutely great the way you sorted out all our accounts.
Never left a review on anything before but heartland bank is truly shocking. The worst customer service ever. They never get back to you or if they eventually do it'll be weeeeeks later.
Useless. No customer service. Going to pull my loan from them and use someone else. Primitive procedures and they never get back to you.
Had difficultly trying to open an account online. Jenny from Tauranga Branch was fantastic - patient, searched out information and followed up on my query. Thanks Jenny.
Worst bank ever.
