We recently had a trip to Lapland and our Travelex experience was handled brilliantly by Shak at the Loganholme store in the Hyperdome. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended
We arrived at the counter at 11am and the staff sent us away as she’s about to take her lunch break for 1 hour. I certainly don’t have a problem with people having lunch at different times but in such a hurry? You don’t have too many customers everyday like a clothing shop or something. When a customer is already in front of you, that’s business. And I doubt delaying the break for 5 or 10 mins would cause a huge problem. Some might say otherwise, but this is really a bad experience to us.
Today I had the pleasure of having Shak as the Travelex representative. During the busy part of the day, he was calm, professional and extremely thorough throughout the exchange. He answered all questions we had with profound insight. I will continue to utilise Travelex in the future based off our experience with him.
Theodora at Loganholme Travelex kiosk went over and above to assist me. There were a couple of issues when I bought currency online but Theodora patiently helped me resolve the problems. Great service at a busy time of year !
