Can't even do change for there customer with out having to deposit money in there account there take it back out to give you the change. Bloody Absolutely useless. Worst bank ever. Half an hour to give me $200 change.
I wish you could rate more than once. Okay staff but hopeless system with endless wait. Love the service from an old lady, but rest of staff are inefficient. Watched more than 80% customers leaving unhappy from this NAB branch.
too slow waited almost 30 minutes. we were there around 1:30 pm. only one teller there we're about half a dozen customers waiting... ridiculous
Went to branch other day to update my details the teller was really rude asked me why I needed a trust account NONE OF HER BUSINESS spoke to branch manager he couldn't care less
Care factor is zero. I had $5000 taken out of my credit card. They gave me a postit note with a number to call and sent me on my way. I have been a NAB customer since I was 11 years old. So sad to see staff don't care. It's not their money.

No enough staff, always long line ups. & the Springwood branch is always close when they say they r open grrrr
We got turned away from trying to open a bank account for our son. We walked across to suncorp and they were more then happy to help us.
Very poor service, 45 minutes waiting,a so called employee walks to the front of the line and asked for the manager, manager came out from a secure area to talk to this person and no are given to customer's in the queue.very, very poor customer service,no care given.
Wait time did not exceed 5 minutes on a weekday at 10:00AM. Staff were professional, fast, and friendly.
