Outstanding service by Ashley. Ashley ordered what I needed and called me when it was in. It took an hour to do all my transactions but she was so patient & thorough, even with a queue building she didn't rush or get frazzled through the counting. The rates here are good. I use this company every time I travel. Highly recommend.
I was disturbed by the manager's hostile approach to me, the customer. She was not being helpful, and putting all the burden on the newly-started employee and being uninterested by saying that she was the manager after I said I would be complaining. I have been exchanging money from this center for years and I have never encountered a situation like the last incident. I'm providing this information for the improvement of your company's reputation.
