All the staff are very friendly. I talked with Iqbal absolutely the best consultant ever! Very professional and helpful!
Head Office need to mystery shop this branch to truly experience the disgraceful level of customer service. Phone calls are never returned that leave you to drive into the branch, only to find inexperienced staff who respond with "I will need to ask a manager". But guess what.. never a manager there. So the merry-go-round begins again with "I will have a manager call you" - yep that call never comes. Time for a new bank.
This should be ZERO star! Very very very poor customer service and rude appproach too. Sihani maked us feel we're idiots and we don't know what we're talking about. Did not even check the system yet so she can state facts rather than jumping to her "own" conclusion and not to mention RAISING her voice to clients. We've been with Suncorp for 4 years now and now definitely moving our money somewhere else because of this kind of poor customer service!
All the staff are friendly with good manners, talked with consultant Brooke Molloy, she provided professional and helpful service, and the whole process was very patient, and help us fix all the problems, much better service compared to some big 4 branches I have visited.
Thanks all the staffs. I waited outside and saw every staff are very friendly to every customer. Thanks Brooke your professional service this morning. Highly recommended to everyone.
The Suncorp bank should closed by 3:30pm.Because the staff won’t be help you because they just want to go home.
