Story

In one form or another Travel & Cruise Bundaberg has been serving the Bundaberg community for over 50 years and our current ownership has spanned 30 of those years. Over this time we have changed our name, our colours, and on a couple of occasions our location but everything else remains the same.

From 01 December 2013 we will be known as Travel & Cruise Bundaberg and will operate as a member of Travellers Choice, a retail trading co-operative and the only national retail travel group to operate as one. This means that the members of the group own the business and benefit from its success. The Travellers Choice promise to customers is "to at all times endeavour to provide quality service and operate with integrity" and this promise fits perfectly with our agency mission statement.

Travellers Choice is one of Australia’s leading retail travel groups with shareholding in the Worldwide Independent Travel Network (WIN). Established in 1985, WIN brings together like-minded independent travel organisations around the world and now represents in excess of 6000 travel agency members in more than 30 countries.

Our friendly, helpful and professional team are here to assist to make your travel dreams a reality. Between us we have an many years travel in the travel industry and have personally visited almost all corners of the globe. This knowledge and experience is invaluable when planning client's travel arrangements and is what sets us apart from our competitors.

In addition to the standard travel itineraries including flights, package holidays, tours and accommodation, we are more than capable of tailor made itineraries and travel advice to suit even your more complex travel needs. We enjoy a good reputation for being able to put together more complex adventure itineraries and as Cruise Specialists we have a Cruise Club which allows us to offer great savings.

We recognise that our clients are the most important ingredient of our business and we remain committed to providing unparalleled professionalism and value in travel. Our policy is to offer the very best price accompanied by the highest level of service. Our highly qualified staff believe in the personal approach and take pride in planning your holiday as if it was their own.
