Travel agent Jessica Cudmore assisted me over the phone confirming flights, and specific detail to travel with my wife and 9 month old daughter. Despite unknowingly calling minutes before closure, Jess stayed on the phone and arranged every detail for nearly 30 minutes before sending me a confirmatory payment email. Given the negative reviews for the Bundaberg store, I'd like to commend Jess for her professionalism and efforts.
Absolutely shocking treatment from the Hinkler flight centre. No reply to emails. Leave messages for her and still no reply. Pathetic! When I asked to speak to the manager, she said I am the manager! Jessica Cudmore I was horrified. I have used flight centre since leaving school and have always been very pleased with their service. I moved to Bundy in 2008 and continued to use flight centre Hinkler. Never once have I had a problem when the shop was managed by Jo. Brooke, Annette and Sara were always efficient and very professional. Since Jessica has been manager every trip has been a total disaster! I phoned today to ask if anything had been done about my several emails, calls etc been going on for over a week she actually hung up on me! I have obviously taken the matter further and have put in an offical complaint with flight centre etc! Total outstanding. Very disappointed
If I could give flight center bundaberg -5 stars I would. I have been in there twice to book a holiday only to be told we are to busy when there has been literally no customers in the store and got told I need to ring and make an appointment. So I rang up 9am Saturday morning to book a appointment and spoke to Sam who booked me in for 10am. I showed up just before 10 and waited by the door only to see them taking walk ins and completely ignoring me. I sat down and waited another 15 mins hoping to get some service or at least some acknowledgement then they just call over another walk in. I walked out and rang up to make a complaint and spoke to Sam the girl who made the booking explained the situation only to get a sarcastic response when I said I would like to make a complaint and she hung up on me. I wish i saw some of the other reviews before even trying to use this place.Use one of the smaller independent agencies.
Was trying to book a trip to the UK. Went in twice and called a couple of times for updates only to be brushed off. To date no luck after 3 weeks of trying to even get opinions or quote on trip. I called another flight centre out of town and had all the details/options plus a quote that afternoon. Now booked that same day. Just give Jessica C and flight centre bundy a miss and save your time.
45 mins ago we were halfway through a booking and the agent said she was taking another call. She totally ignored us while she chatted to another client. She could have said 'I will call you back' but no she ignored us. Got up and left. Very disappointing.
Great service, helpful and efficient and polite. Will be back with more business in the future.
Intially service was 5 star by the end of the journey it almost destroyed the chances of me being a loved one in an emergency situation. The incoherence of staff I found hard to believe and the air line agree it has been a common denominator for many travelers. When it comes to emergency travel financially it becomes the priority to be there in time. The exhaustion and connecting flights to get through a simple booking was far from professional. I did get hear in time only through determination. I rate -5 star's and intended to take the issue further through the right channels. Suggestion would be another agency or direct through the air lines I do hope no one has to ensure to same experience . Safe travels
