Arrived, unable to walk, due to severe lower back pain. Without manipulation,I was shown exercises which gave me immediate, but short term relief. With continual exercise, the relief lasted longer and within two weeks, I was most of the time 90%. After 6 weeks, no more pain for weeks. From there, I have been taught exercises to increase my core body strength and improve my posture. The care was not only in treating the presenting symptoms, but providing a guide to improving my mobility. At 65 years of age I am looking forward to being better than ever. I would, and do, the highly recommend. They are very pleasant, caring people, and as a bonus, pretty much on time for their appointments, which I appreciate.
