Brandon is amazing, highly recommend. His hands and knowledge is just magic.
SSPC was recommended by my orthopaedic surgeon for rehab after a labral tear repair. I am so happy I took his advice. Even though I travel from Lysterfield, twice per week, my treatment with Neeraj is an absolute delight and definitely worth the trip. I had lost a lot of strength in the months leading up to my surgery, but my sessions in the gym, using the Pilates equipment and Neeraj working on my seized up muscles, has seen a vast improvement in my strength and stamina. A huge thank-you to Neeraj, who has me enjoying walking my dogs again!
Dane is an absolute legend. I’ve gone from barely being able to run due to back and nerve pain and with his guidance, strength/stability program and low load back to running program I am now able to run again. I have flare ups, but I always know what to go back to and will always reach out to Dane if I’m needing to change things up a bit. I highly recommend any keen runners having issues to get in with Dane ASAP!

Neeraj and his complete team at SSPC Parkdale are, simply put, dead set legends. Since 2012 they've helped me negotiate some tricky health concerns, and have done so with professionalism, integrity, compassion, commitment, warmth, and the deepest knowledge of their craft. I can't think of a better place to go to stay well, or sort out an injury or problem.
I was suffering from severe neck pain, and decided to book here with Miranda Dyt - and I am so happy I did! She patiently listened to my woes haha, and worked her magic through massage, and provided tips on how to prevent the problem occurring again.
I have always been a very active individiual, and the team at SSPC ensure I stay that way. Their experience and service are excellent. I highly recommend them
Very modern new rooms in Parkdale with all the facilities for rehabilitation of pain and injury. Have a well equipped pilates and gym area. Highly professional team of physio’s, massage therapists, podiatrists and dietitians. Very friendly and comfortable environment.
I've always had a great experience at SSPC. Great physios, massage and a useful gym. Other services on tap if you need them. And very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk.
