I would highly recommend Move for Life for any physio treatments. I have been seeing Neeraj for a few years now for a number of issues. Most recently for a shoulder issue and for post hip surgery recovery.nHis professionalism, knowledge and experience is outstanding.nHe explains a treatment plan with timeframes and gives relevant exercises to strengthen and stabilize the joint in question.nHe performs dry needling which works wonders and massages to relieve pain, tightness and discomfort. All appointments run on time, and I’ve even had the occasional phone call from Neeraj to inform me of an imaging result, instead of waiting till my next appointment.nI must also give a shout out to the receptionists Lyn & Laura who are both so very helpfull.nI would and have recommended Move For Life Physio to friends and family.

I've been seeing Jess since August last year. I'd been looking for a physio with dance experience and Jess fits the bill perfectly! She's helped me reduce knee pain, identify and strengthen a whole range of weak areas, and improved my technique out of sight! Everyone at Move for Life is friendly, professional and supportive, and the clinic hours are great for fitting around a full-time job too.
