Very poor accessibility for those in a wheelchair or using walking assistance. Could not make it to the back of this crowded, cluttered and messy store. I felt embarrassed to have to ask staff to move boxes aside for me. There is no way the aisles are wide enough to provide enough egress for customers of all needs.
The worst customer service ever ! I bought two toys on 15 Oct and one needed to wrap as a gift. I asked the staff to wrap it together with a book purchased from another store but they said i have to pay extra $2 which I was happy to pay for it. However it was poorly wrapped and with no ribbons, looks like something my 2 year old can do a better job. So I asked the second staff for a ribbon and she said because one of the item is not from their store so she cant wrap it with ribbon. They should have told me before I paid for it. WHAT A JOKE!!! The staff was so rude and has huge attitude issue! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!
Poor customer service. I confirmed on the chat help line that I could exchange a scooter for a different colour as my son didn’t want a purple scooter. All scooter colours were on sale during super Saturday, when I went in to exchange the colour I was told I had to pay full price for the exchange. What a waste of 2 hours finding parking at chadstone. No responds to emails. Never will buy anything from this company again. Check your inbox for my emails or chat history.
Shopped here for the first time. I always walked past but never shop here. Looked expensive but it’s not expensive at all. Got some gifts for my son”s friend birthday parry tomorrow. They do gift wrap too !! Very happy with my first experience
Worst customer service. Saturday 5 october at 11am, a staff member was checking whether a product was in stock for us when,without any explanation, she stopped serving us without completing the check and began serving another customer . After being ignored for 10 minutes we left. Dont bother coming in, buy online instead.
Never by at this branch!!!!!Bought an item tried to replace...was not allowed without receipt...because only a manager can access those then was told to comeback in 3 days. Bad service even worse prices...same item costs about half in Kmart.
Every toy we have bought here has been a hit with my kid. Staff is very kind and knowledgable
Even though I almost never shop here, the staff have been nothing more than respectful and eager to help.
