Hi we would like to thank the team at Benalla Toyota for there help in getting us back on the road on Thursday. Even on a day when they were busy and nearly closing time they took the time to help our family continue our journey. Without there assistance and with DPF issues we would not have been able to continue or tow our van somewhere to stay. So thankyou Donna, Steve and the Team

Patient, honest and welcoming. Plenty of advise, no over the top pressure, and a real sense of team spirit inside the showroom.
WORST EXPERIENCES EVER. Work done that wasn't asked for! Quoted $800 to fix something that was repaired for $150 at Geelong Toyota. Staff member then abused me because I questioned the service and bill. Phone call of apology from owner. Problem is this is the second time. I was charged for work not done! "Inspect clean or replace cabin filter"
