I had a slow puncture in the rear tyre it had a nail in it & called in on the spur of the moment. I was pushed for time but have to say the guy on reception was excellent & very efficient & my tyre was fixed within 20mins & I was on my way. Being courteous & greeting your customers is a must in my book & gets you repeat business well done.

Absolutely clueless got a blowout on way home from work nightshiftnightmare .so rang tyre places to try and find a tyre I was in luck one garage had them in stock. When I got to the garage I was greeted and took into the office to give my details have way through which the phone rang and I was then ignored for ten minutes. Paperwork out of the way finally the job was assigned to a tyre fitter shouldn't be long now I thought oh how wrong I was nearly an hour past yes an hour to change 1 tyre after half an hour I asked the guy politely on the main desk how long it was going to be to which he replied very abruptly that it will take as long as it takes then 45 mins in I get asked to come look at the alloy wheel as there is a problem. The alloy was leaking air from the rim so I asked if the rim had been cleaned up and tyre seal used. The answer was yes it has been cleaned up but no we didn't use tyre seal as this is a different job and costs 20. Which is ridiculous as a time served mechanic I can tell you that it is general practice to clean a rim and if it leaks to use a tyre seal/ bead seal I did hundreds when I was on my apprenticeship.by this point I had lost patience should have been a ten min job as it was only leaking slightly I decided to have the wheel put on the car and have it sorted when I got home. Here's a kicker when I did take it to my usual tyre place and they took the tyre off it was clearly evident that they hadn't even cleaned the rim thus causing the leak. So I paid for the tyre and as I was leaving felt the need to say something as to me an hour to change a tyre is insane to which I got no apologies just that he wished he never told me that they had the tyre in stock . At which I walked away fuming before I said or did something I regretted. So in summary please save your money go elsewhere I'm sure you will get better service and a technician that actually knows/cares about what he is doing

This garage uses the Hunter 4 wheel alignment system and the technicians are very talented when it comes to setting up your suspension alignment/geometry perfectly. I only use these guys for 4 wheel alignment as they are the company my Porsche Specialists send their customers cars to for alignment.

One star? if i could i'd give no stars, bought a battery off them Aug 2012, took it back last week but they refused to exchange it because some dope put a 096 on my car and a receipt for a 075 I KNOW FOR A FACT, THAT IS THE SAME BATTERY YOU FITTED!!!

Great service the staff checked all my tyres did not find a puncture and they did not charge me thank you .

They were fantastic in helping to catch my friends dog, that had ran off, after being chased. Life savers. Thank you

This is one of the largest centres in the country and has very helpful staff. I have never had a problem with anything I have had done there.

Tyre was booked online to get their best price. Finished in about 20 minutes.
