The best Japanese barbecue place I have been to in Australia with premium meat. Particularly the premium beef tongue. The salad is an amazing option to complement the meat options. The decorations are very nice and spacious whilst private at the same time. Usually will need booking ahead of time otherwise you could try and asked to sit in the courtyard will get a bit cold in winter.
Really delicious, good value food. Loved the atmosphere inside & the staff were really sweet! Everything we tried tasted great. We got the $150 bundle which came with a load of options & extras. The grills have a good ventilation system so if you're concerned about it getting smoky inside don't worry! Definitely book in advance if you can though - when we arrived it was pretty quiet but once ~7:30 hit it was jam packed.
Upgrade from the last BBQ place I went to! Only had a small meal but it was good. Melty and good flavours. The ambience of the place is very nice, makes you feel like you're no longer in the city. On the books for next time to dine with a larger group so we can order a larger selection of food.
Fantastic Japanese BBQ and sashimi, service was excellent. Highly recommend giving them a visit at some point. The Wagyu beef was super tender and succulent, takowasa was on point as was the drink selection. Service was attentive while not being over the top. Give them a try ASAP
Nice Japanese style indoor bbq with a great atmosphere and a solid selection of meat, seafood, veggies and sashimi options. The cocktails were pretty decent. Sashi quality was decent too. Price is on the high-end side
Great Japanese BBQ place hidden away in Parramatta. They have a range of premium beef and the must try is the ox tongue. Staff and ambiance wad great. Definitely will be coming back.Food: 5/5
This place is an absolute must visit! The food came out really quickly and was super tasty. Gyozas were juicy and the takoyaki were really crispy on the outside. I love the decor of the restaurant too, both inside and out. Just adds to the experience. I left very happy!
Sit down Japanese BBQ. Great drink selection, great food and good value. Staff are friendly and attentive. Well worth a visit. Be aware, bookings are essential if you don't want to be turned away at the door.
Touka provides a pleasant warm atmosphere, with friendly and inviting staff. The food was very good overall. There was a good selection with the premium sashimi platter and the premium Wagyu, but real highlight for me personally was the Karubi plate. That's a must what when you go to this place.
Great ambiance and superb quality of ingredients. A tad bit pricey but worth coming even if it's just for special occasions. Can be quite busy so I recommend booking ahead. The sushi/sashimi platters have phenomenal presentation and all were as delicious as they looked so they didn't last long on the table first come first serve with my family!. The cuts of meat are all great but personally I think you can't beat the kakubi cut for its flavour, texture and the price. Seasonal veges were great but take a long time to cook and end up taking a lot of real estate on grill but worth it. Make sure to toss the veges in the soy sauce in the plate before grilling. The desserts are also worth looking into but the raindrop cake has never been in stock whenever I visit.
