3.5 stars, but closer to 3 than 4 hence the score. I think the quality of their food is actually really good, and I go to this place often. I have however found that the size of their pieces of fish are quite inconsistent and their fillets aren't proper fillets, just larger pieces of fish. If this place made their pieces of fish a reasonable size all the time, I'd rate it 5 stars. Otherwise, great potato fritters, great seasoning, great fish, could definitely work on the portion sizes but that's an entirely fixable problem.
The service was good but the fish and chips were not. The food was very greasy and the chips were undercooked. Other menu options like the burger are likely a better choice but the name of the store is misleading. Parking: Small shopping center with up front and on street parking.
tonight was the first time I've ever eaten fish n chips from Totara Park and I have to say it was excellent quality!...and the size of the fish just blew me away!...I'll never buy fish n chips from anywhere else ever again!...well done guys...
Not much in terms of atmosphere! But not much is precisely just enough if you're a good fast food fish n chip business with limited floor space at the front of the shop. Food: 3/5

Crinkle chips very dry, Hardly any salad in the fish burger, we spent lots and were very dissatisfied
Wonderful fish and chips for dinner. Everything tastes very good and the fish was big and delicious. Great customer service. Would go here again. Highly recommend.
My doughnut was rock hard, I couldn't even bite through it, either it was completely frozen still or stale..or both lol. Took 30mins despite being the only customer there. Chips were OK and springroll wasn't anything special either.
2 Stars for the chips only, the burger patties are made with sausage meat YUCK absolutely disgusting, ended up binning it. At $16 the same price as Dirty Burger, go there instead.
