Staffs are friendly and responsive to emails/ phone calls. Gordon is a great vet, he talked us through pet care after our dog got sterilised. Was very friendly and kind. The hospital also gave us discounts since it’s our first time visiting the hospital.

First time using this Veterinary practice today and wasn't expecting a great experience. My expectations were thrown out the window. Great Vet Nurse. Great Veterinarian, and Great practice. If you're looking for thorough care for your pet then this is the place to go!

Everybody here genuinely cares about their patients. They don't mind explaining things again if you don't get it the first time.

Very good customer service and staff who know how to care for your pet, I will only take my new puppy here for all his future vaccinations and appointments. Highly recommend
