I called total recoveries after my car broke down, they came and collected it that very day and took it to the garage. It was no hassle at all for me and Dimitri was very friendly. A few days later the garage calls and says my car can’t be fixed and it needs to leave the garage. I called total recoveries and again dimitri was there to tow my car, he had his mechanic friend take a look at my car before we scrapped it and turns out it was something simple to fix, they saved me from being ripped off! Honestly such an amazing company. Honest and genuine and will do everything they can to help you, they didn’t rip me off or charge me lots, please call them if you’re in trouble as they’re great, thankyou so much.

Dimitrios trucked our broken vehicle to Kerikeri (50 k), direct to a recommended mechanic (Mark at Eurotech). Dimitrios dropped me off at Avis rentals. Nothing was too much trouble. 100% + professional service, thank you !👍

What amazing service I received when my van unexpectedly broke down at haruru falls along way from my place in onerahi whangarei, I phoned vtnz who contacted the towing company ,driver Dimitrios arrived 20 minutes later, he was very pleasant to talk to and our trip to onerahi was enjoyable and he displayed professionalism all the way , I would highly recommend total recoveries and wish them all the best for the future even though I had to part with dollars I felt relieved to be in good hands and safely home many thank yous ! My car broke down today in keri.The team at Total Recoveries Keri were incredible.
Dimitrios has such an uplifting demeanor he cheered my husband & I up a lot especially in a time of great stress right before christmas.Your service & compassion towards us was humbling & honestly we can't thank you enough.I can't recommend this company enough.
