Dr Kouris is an absolute genius. From the moment I met her, I felt confident that she would be my Saviour, and I was 100% right. After disastrous blood test results , revealing Dangerously high cholesterol, sugar diabetes and a bad calcium score. Under her care and guidance, after just 5 visits, my bloods took a dramatic turn for the good My blood glucose levels , triglycerides and cholesterol are now all under control, and I’ve basically reversed everything I had a problem with. After seeing countless doctors, specialists, nutritionists and dietitians, I finally found a keeper! Dr Antigone Kouris is a legendary dietitian, who listens and acknowledges how you feel. She gave me a diagnosis in the first five minutes of meeting her. The supplements she advised, improved my condition within 2 to 3 weeks! What’s more she cut down my daily medication by half! She is extremely knowledgeable and couldn’t recommend her highly enough!
Antigone is an incredibly knowledgeable Dietician and Nutritionist. She knows her stuff. I wanted professional advice about losing weight due to putting on weight after entering menopause. She requested a full listing of bloods to be taken and discovered biochemical imbalances that without being corrected properly Nutritionally would make permanent weight loss tricky. Once I began supplements and changed the way I ate with some small changes, not over the top advice mind you - very practical changes - I easily lost 6-7 kgs. She provides very down to earth and practical advice that you can easily implement into your lifestyle. She is a very lovely human being - Highly recommend.
Dr Kouris was instrumental in helping me resolve my fatty liver disease and associated weight and cholesterol issues. Dr Kouris is a magician. I was referred to Dr. Kouris with a range of chronic issues, including high cholesterol, low testosterone, low vitamin d, and questionable diabetes markers. In the space of a few months, Dr. Kouris was able to turn my health issues around and set me on a path of wellness. During that time I managed to shed a few kilos with very little effort. I have referred a number of family members to Dr. Kouris and am highly appreciative of the help she has provided me.
I came to Dr Kouris with high cholesterol and the worry of a strong family history of heart disease. Dr Kouris was very helpful in advising me on what to change in my diet to get my cholesterol down and to help me lose a little weight in the process. Thanks to her help I achieved the impossible. I came to Dr. Kouris with Ulcerative Colitis UC, not being able to ingest much more than bone broth, the worry of not being able to ever eat “normal” foods again, and completely depleted energy levels. After many years with weight, gut issues and diabetes I had an acute problem during 2020 which was made worse with my long term GP retiring. I was unsure where to go for extra information as I believe what we eat can affect our system. Diabetes can be helped through diet so I looked for a Dietitian/nutritionist with experience and excellent credentials. I found Dr Kouris and I can highly recommend her care and understanding of my complex dietary and health issues. She is professional, knowledgeable and we work as a team to address my health issues.
Give me a diet with 1000 calories!! I was overwhelmed and brought things from her but after going home and reading the meal plan and realising it was so low in calories I was absolutely gobsmacked !! People like this should be ashamed of themselves.
I highly recommend Dietitian and Nutritionist Dr. Kouris. She conducted a thorough analysis of my blood tests and symptoms and recommended I have further tests and procedures done that my GP was not concerned about. I am so glad that I followed her advice as a health condition which could have become serious if not discovered early, has now been healed. She has a wealth of knowledge about many conditions and has also been particularly helpful for me with my journey through the menopause, again helping to detect another condition which if left unnoticed, would have had negative health implications. The natural supplements she recommends are targeted specifically for what is happening for you and I have found them to be of great benefit.
