Very happy with the clinic. It has everything you need podiatrist, physio etc. Dr Jeremy Nakulski was very professional and pleasant it was my first visit to your clinic. The hours are great too. Open till 8pm is so helpful when you work during the week. Close to home too. Will be making this my regular clinic.
Great place for GP care. Doctor most caring and take time rather than rush through a consultation. This clinic has extended hours and even open on Saturdays and Sundays. Receptionists are always courteous and helpful. I highly recommend.
Been going to this clinic for 9 or 10 years now. Had 2 drs that left in the time and I've been seeing Dr Wong for around 3 or 4 years there now. He has always been great and patient with me and my needs. Always been very informative on what I need to do. And always takes the time to give me a buzz to follow up on things like promised. He is also very punctual with his time. But I don't feel rushed and I leave feeling surprised that I've got all my stuff sorted in such a small time frame. I think he has only ever been late once or twice. I definitely recommend him. The reception on the other hand. They can be hit or miss depending on who you deal with. In my opinion they have gotten way worse during the pandemic and like talking down upon people. Also expect people to say loudly who they are at the desk to check in when the waiting room has people in it. They get snarky when I give my first name and the initial of my surname. So unfortunately for that. It's 4 stars. Reception need to up there game and be a bit more professional
Dr Victoria Dee is an exceptional GP. Her attention to detail is the best I’ve experienced. Her support has been hugely beneficial to our family over the years. Dr Dee is a complete natural and has the ability to make every appointment an enjoyable one for me, my husband and our 4 year old son. Sometimes in life we get to meet special people who really do make a difference, Dr. Dee is that type of special human.
What a fabulous team of caring, empathetic doctors. I would place my trust in any one of them. In our current environment they are always there to support and encourage full recovery against all odds. The receptionists are top class too. Thanks to you all.
Generally busy clinic but many Doctors to choose from. Nurse and other allied health available. The Doctors are amazing, especially with younger and older clients. Front desk staff need improvement. Some conversations and frustration of phone clients are overheard in the waiting room. New imaging and diagnostic centre next door and pathology on the same floor both very helpful. Been coming here 10+ yrs.
Almost an hour wait an hour past my appointment time to see Doctor Barbara Bloch. Upon asking how long the wait would be, I was told "she always goes over appointment times with patients ". Well, that's not really an explanation. I understand appointments may go over allocated time, but after my appointment with her, I understand why she takes so long. I was told to get blood tests, boosters for vaccines I don't need, etc etc. It felt like a cash grab. I was only in therel to get a repeat script. Staff were lovely but would not book with this doctor again. There was even a patient who walked in after me asking the wait time for this doctor as the patient had been left waiting for hours for her slot previously. A total waste of my afternoon.
Dr Mark Damian Once again, you have all that information on hand. Any deviation from the normal experience a patient has at your practice must be communicated upfront without any nasty surprises. Very unprofessional. Your response: Response from the owner Dear Aminah, As a regular patient, you are aware that we are a private practice so consultation attracts a fee. It is up to each doctor to decide the billing fees. Initial Review: Very disappointed with your front of house staff. Did not advise that I would be charged as our usual Doctor was unavailable and will be bulk billed. The excuse you cannot access your customer CRM and view the history is lame. Additionally, the Doctor who only saw me for 5 mins and told me to come back in a week if my ear ache didn’t go away and gave me drops that made it worse. Felt it was rushed and that I was only a number. We’ve supported this clinic from infancy and as soon as they opened their doors to the public. Very disappointed on how you treat your regular customers!
I was looking for a gp for myself and my 2 young daughters after our gp retired. Dr Jeremy is amazing and I am so happy we found the doctor we can trust. He is so patient with children and makes them feel at ease at every visit. He is knowledgable, compassionate and understanding, also friendly and approachable. Thank you dr Jeremy for being our doctor : This clinic has many great doctors to name a few: Dr Galina, Dr Mark Damien, Dr Luke. I have worked in this clinic in the past and also being a patient. I highly recommend this clinic.
A great experience with the doctor who was polite. The receptionist was good and understood it hard to breathe in a mask while the other just spoke put your mask on which is a bit rude when you’re trying to talk thru a mask . Otherwise all good.
