I had my eyebrows laminated a few times by Lacey and she has been amazing. She makes me feel comfortable and confident and always hits the nail. I came to this eyebrow place wanting a change from the cheaper place i usually go. I thought that going somewhere where they specialise in eyebrows would be relaxing and stress-free. On arrival, I felt judged as i walked in. I’m not confident in a new environment, so it was a little scary. Especially because I had come straight from the horses. The service and staff were friendly. At the beginning of my appointment, I didn’t get a clear outline of what was going to happen. My beautician began outlining where my eyebrows should sit if i wanted them as big and bold as hers. I clearly stated that I wanted them done as natural as possible and thinner than what was outlined on my face. The lady nodded as if she understood what i meant. At the end of my appointment I was left with big, bold and man looking eyebrows. Not impressed at all especially after i clearly told the beautician what my criteria was. Clearly, she thought her idea was better than what the client wanted. Then got charger more than I normally would at the other place even though they do a way better job. I would stay clear of this place.
I’ve been coming to this business for over 7 years. Happy with the service. It is expensive but consistent. I have never missed an appointment. I don’t take issue when small business have a no cancellation policy. On a day off at short notice, I booked last minute for an appointment within the hour On my journey, I had a car accident. I called to let them know I would have to cancel 30 mins before my appointment booking. Without asking for my reason, Lacey encouraged me to make it or I would be charged 50% cancellation fee. Going thru the whole incident process took time so this time i emailed to let them know I would definitely have to cancel. I received an email reply saying I would have to pay cancellation fee before my next appointment. At this point I was just having a bad day and was prepared to accept it in line with their stated policy. Within minutes, Lacey processed a cc payment without my consent and sent me the invoice. This annoyed me. It felt unnecessarily officious and rude. Rather than go back, after years of repeat custom, Lacey has lost a long term client.
Wow, I don’t normally leave reviews but I’ve just had the most amazing brow wax and dye from Lacey. Incredible, this is the best brow wax and dye I have ever had.

Absolutely love the vibe & the girls here super kind, understanding & accommodating!! My fave is Lace she has a warm nature about her i find it soothing when looking for someone to trust your brows with!! Laces’s been looking after my brows for ages now & I’m 100% committed to her!! I have very sparse eyebrows and opted for the eyebrow makeover with henna and asked for a natural shape arched shape, even saying I want them thinner when I was shown the progress before waxing. Came out with big bold sharp man looking brows that aren't even!! Staff are friendly, on-time and a very clean and hygienic practice. Edit: that being said, I was promptly contacted and kindly offered a complimentary fix-up but have able to fix them up myself for the time being.
had a brow restyle and tint done by Maisie last week - she was amazing! she took her time mapping out my brows to even then out and making sure I liked them and was super friendly!
