I am one of Helen’s loyal clients! This establishment is now under a different management and owner and they’re simply amazing!!!  They don’t rush their work but go over and beyond to achieve the best results!  I highly recommend this salon. Service is Awesome and great Quality of work on top of a  reasonable price! Got a Groupon for this, there was a toner etc I had to pay extra for…I feel this is super normal! People don’t understand what goes into styling your hair, it’s not as simple as chuck a dye on there. We’re getting a great deal which would otherwise cost me $200+ at any other salon. I came to this salon on the 1st of October and it was the worst decision i could have made. If I could give this salon 0 stars I would. I had the worst experience I've ever had in a salon. They fried my hair over processing the foils for 2.5 hours to the point they were leaking. My hair is now falling out and snapping. Please don't go here if you want to keep your hair. I sat in this salon for 4.5 hours without being offered a tea or coffee only to leave with orange hair with yellow streaks - obviously not what I asked for. I cried when I got home and I ended up paying double to go to another hairdresser to fix it. Never again

I tried this hair studio for first time.. and it was amazing! I had a great haircut and beautiful hair colour ! It was Satisfying service and will definitely visit again for my hair!Services:&nbsp;Blowouts

This salon is now my regular. My hair is very dark but they always get the blonde highlights light and ashy and the cut is always perfect. Definitely recommend!Services:&nbsp;Hair coloring

Great experience! Helen was sooo good, she did balayage, hair cut and the full service. It was pleasant she even offer coffee, I would definitely come back and would highly recommend this place.

I had my hair done here on the 24th of December I have tried messaging the salon privately but no response and I'm very disappointed she was so busy with other customers that she left my foils on for nearly 2 hours my hair is so damaged now I've never left a salon feeling like this

If I could give less than one star i would ! I booked an appoint via phone, as well as sent through an email confirming the day and time on my booking as requested by the salon. I received an email confirmation. I arrived for my appointment today and the salon was closed. I called and was told that the salon would not be opened and that my hair couldn't be done today, and to come back tomorrow or on Saturday! I had arranged with my partner to take a few hours off work to look after my 4 month old so I could get my hair done for a wedding on Saturday. Unbelievable. Dont waste time or money with this Salon.Service:&nbsp;Hair coloring
