At Total Autos Pakenham we offer Mechanical Service & Repair to all vehicles built from 1960 up to current models, we are a Licenced Vehicle Tester and we also offer electronic diagnostic testing for all late model fuel injected vehicles. At Total Autos we only use quality brands, for example Ryco Filters, Bendix pads and Gates belts.

Absolutely astounded that this 'professional' business cannot print a receipt! My husband had a roadworthy done last month, needed a receipt for tax purposes only to be told the guy couldn't give him one and he would get it emailed to us that night. Didn't receive it obviously. We've made continuous calls since and we keep getting told "i don't know how to email and the accountant will be in Thursday or Friday and will email then". Clearly someone cannot perform their job properly and if the accountant cannot email a receipt should seriously find another career! Reviews are not just based on the work done but the whole experience AS A WHOLE and this company just lacks professionalism and a follow through.

Total Autos Pakenham is a great mechanic that has handled my car with care time and time again. They are very reasonable with the price and are a perfect alternative for people who no longer want to pay excessive dealer service fees but do not want to compromise on service quality.

Full major service with transmission service, they picked up my car from home and dropped it off for me quicker than I thought it would be, and our family car drives like a dream again! Well done guys, highly recommended!!
