I recently had my car serviced at Rapid Tune Pakenham. Andrew, Michael and the team were professional and friendly. They didn’t try to sell me any unnecessary work. Happy with the cost and customer service. Hard to find an honest mechanic will definitely be a loyal customer moving forward.

Always prompt, great customer service , never pushy, had car back for several services never felt ripped off... which can be rare. 

Very happy highly recomend.

My car had a major service done a couple of weeks ago. Team is staffed by really friendly, reliable and helpful staff. Speedy but thorough service and returning my car purring like a kitten, as well as looking and smelling great! Also appreciated their call a week later to followup customer feedback and ensure all is going well. Impressed by their service and will definitely return soon for the other car! Thanks guys!

I've had my car for 13 years, and for at least 8 years my car has been losing power once it warms up.  I took it to various mechanics advising them of this problem, and even took it to an official Holden dealership for a service and to get this fixed, and NONE of them managed to solve the issue.  With Rapid Tune it took 1 visit to get my car back to purring like a kitten.  I've finally got responsiveness back in my accelerator!  Thank you so much!
