I wish I could give zero stars to this store. I went in looking for a dress for an event and picked up three dresses I liked all size 10, which is the size I usually wear. When the store assistant took them off me to take into the change room, she said “oh we don’t have any sizes bigger for you and these are all tiny sizes” put them back, and didn’t let me try any of them on. They then gave me a size L in a different dress that they had “sizes for me”. The dress was too big for me. I would have tried a smaller size and as I quite liked the dress but the shop assistants made me feel so humiliated that they wouldn’t even let me choose my own size to try on for my own body. I have never felt like that in any store before and this was the first place to make me feel like Julia Robert’s at the start of Pretty Women. I will not be going back.

If I could do 0 stars, I would. Walked in here with my friend, was completely ignored, took myself into the fitting room to try on a one piece. Upon exit, staff members exchanged a judgemental glance and all 3 peered into our shopping bags as if to suggest we had stolen. I immediately recognised this notion and stopped halfway out the door and turned back around to see all 3 of these women staring at us still and whispering amongst themselves. Incredibly disappointing service considering I purchased my golden goose’s from them a few months ago. If I hadn’t been treated in such a disgusting manner I would’ve considered purchasing these togs. Pretty classist for people who are probably on 50 grand a year.
Exceptionally curated brands that you’ll only probably find matched in Positano! Staff upbeat, friendly and helpful. My top pick for Noosa. You guys rock! All class.
Unfortunately you can’t provide a zero star option. Two attempts to verbally communicate with owner and two emails to owner all ignored and given the cold shoulder of silence. Staff try hard but heavily constrained by rules around refunds which in part are contrary to the recommendations of the ACCC.
I’ve been to this shop twice, two years apart. The stock is beautiful. This recent time I was on my way to the beach so was seemingly not glamorous enough for the store and was completely ignored. Both times I had clothing on hangers in my hands to purchase and was ignored. A shame as I would have purchased the outfits but decided they weren’t worth my business. The store has great items, hence why I decided to give them a second chance but again, disappointed.
Love this shop! Toscani holds all my favourite labels and more + super unique pieces for all occasions! The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, thanks so much guys. Will be back soon!
Such a stunning store with such unique clothing labels from all over the world. It's so lovely & refreshing to see one of the last remaining family owned & operated boutique stores left along Hastings Street still operating. The staff are so friendly and offer good old fashion, reliable customer service.
Love the ladies who work here, they are very friendly and helpful! Always find something gorgeous when visiting their Noosa store
