On holiday, first time shopping at Lorna Jane's. Fabulous  service from Catherine.  Knew the products and spent quite some time bringing different style options.  Offered helpful advice on fit.  Cat was friendly and genuine

The service was soo nice!! Catherine looked after me the entire time I was there, checking what sizes fit me, being genuinely interested why I was shopping there and overall being so friendly! Catherine, you made my day!!

I had the most beautiful service from Catherine. She was so warm and friendly and helped me with my sizing. She went above and beyond for me. So excited with my purchase, cannot thank Catherine enough!!

If you want to be treated poorly by a stuck up retail assistant then this is the store for you. I have shopped in Lorna since her inception and have never been treated so horribly. I questioned the price of  a sale sports bra because I just bought 4 of them in Capalaba for $40 but they were $55 here which I could easily afford but she made me feel poor. I bought it mind, when I shouldn't have. Disgusting service. Shall never go back again and I suggest you shouldn't either unless your into being treated low socioeconomic. RUDE RUDE LADY.
