Hit and miss. My first time in the store, great customer service and a real helpful bloke behind the counter, sorted me out with some chainsaw PPE. Held the items behind the counter for me so I could use online payment options, and come back later in the day to collect. My second time dealing with Topmaq Dunedin was pretty poor. I had been emailing a company representative to find out suitability of animal traps, and it turned out the one I was looking at wasn't fit for the job, so the rep suggested the larger size cage. Asked where I was located so he could check stocks, and it was in stock at the Dunedin store. So, I phoned the Dunedin store and tried to explain that I'd been speaking to someone via email, but the conversation didn't get far as I was met with a shocking attitude and rudeness, which I questioned the guy on whether it was needed, and he hung up on me. Shawn/Shaun/Sean however you want to spell his name, then left the phone off the hook when I tried to call back, so I reported my experience to head office. Head office said they would investigate and get back to me. Despite leaving my contact details, I never received a call back from them, so I have to assume they didn't follow up I was literally just trying to explain that the rep I had spoken to said the Dunedin store had stock on hand, yet the website said out of stock, so was going to ask if he could hold one aside for me to collect later in the afternoon. It was hands down the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Based on my first dealing with the store I wanted to give a higher rating, but unfortunately I don't feel like it's justified.
Salesmen at counter made fun of my name and said my parents made a mistake calling me that. Will never shop here again.

Nice tool great price
Very good range of affordable quality tools. Always worth checking TopmaQ out before going to Mitre10 or Bunnings as you will get superior quality tools for your money.
Great friendly service. Willingly demonstrated the tool we were interested in purchasing thereby allowing us to be confident in our purchase. Thanks guys.
