Great service. Layton listened to all the little things we needed to make the place safe while making sure the security devices didn't over complicate the use. Had great ideas to stop kids from escaping! The installer talked it all through before starting and had nice tips to make it neat and tidy.

Dropped into the shop last Thursday to arrange someone to come and have a look at a deadlock that wasn't working properly. Got a call from Dan about an hour later and he was at the house next morning at 10 am. Solved the deadlock problem (incorrect installation by builder) and checked all the other locks in the house. Dan also replaced another lock ,at our request, from stock he had in his van. Service was prompt and professional and Dan couldn't have been more courteous and helpful. Price was excellent and would would recommend Toplock to anyone who asked.

First night in Brissy housitting, closed the walk-in-robe door from the cats and it locked itself as it's busted. 7am call on a Sunday, Dan gave me his time and excellent over the phone direction to see if I could help myself..as there was actually no lock, it worked!!
