I lost my key and contacted KGB over the weekend. They responded very well, provided timely service with reasonable price. I received service from Wayne, he was kind and helpful man, with lots of knowledge about his job. I highly recommend him for any locksmith and security service
We used KGB for some lock replacements at our business. The team we very accommodating and understanding of our needs. They explained a few different options and helped tailor a solution to suit our requirements. We recently needed extra security keys cut so we emailed the office. they responded promptly, letting us know what the required to action the request. Within 24 hours, we have the keys we ordered.
Big shout out to Paul with KGB security. Fantastic service. Knowledgeable and helpful. Any problems with locks or security make sure you call these guys first. Don't waste your money with other companies like I did. I'm a very happy customer.
Great service. Really good knowledge on products. Wayne was really proffessional. When we rang he didn't have the product but was really quick in ordering it in and making sure it was ready for pickup the next day. Highly recommend.
Absolute awsome service rang to enquire about a screen door key that had broken into 2 pieces took it in to see Wayne whom I'd spoken to earlier had a key cut took it home perfect fit hadn't even charged me for key came in the next day to get 2 more cut,highly recommended Wayne would be the man to see very professional & a legend keep up the good work.

These guys are legends! We had a safe from a deceased estate which we had no idea how to open. These guys talked us through the tricky opening technique and we were very grateful! It took 10 mins-15mins. Very grateful for there generosity considering they didn't make a cent. Cheers KGB.
Wayne solved my key cutting issue when I had an old key. I had it cut elsewhere and it didn’t work but Wayne provided a solution for me so that I didn’t need to waste time & money if it didn’t work. Lucky it did

I needed a padlock keyed alike & some keys cut. Alex greeted me gave me a timeframe & provided the best lock for my circumstances. Wayne cut my keys & noticed the differences so used brass & silver blanks to differentiate them. I also had a bent key which he worked with to produce working copies. Such professional service & clever solutions. The unique lock solutions on display & the various safes available means these are the only locksmiths that I need. Thanks Team for helping me out at such short notice.
