Came out charged $77 dollars to take down serial numbers, said he will be in contact in Friday called and called with no reply. I called 2 weeks later and said he could be there in 2 days time at 9am, called at 10:30 on the day and said he was on the way. Showed up with incorrect parts so I asked for a refund on what I had paid which he gave. Maybe the cheapest around but not worth the hassle.

This is the second time they have come to fix an appliance at my house. Came out the day i called. First was a fridge that he fixed on the spot with no parts required. Second was my washing machine. Which required a part that he was carrying. Fixed it on the spot . Reasonably priced. Very happy

Sam has tried to help but has little knowledge of fridges. I have spent over $700 with sam and the same problem remains. He now goes into hiding when called. Not a very good repairer at all. Unfortunately we were forced to use him when our normal repairer retired If you have anything else other than the switch not turned on I would recommend seeking a repairer who actually has trained in the field. It appears this repairer hasnt

Booked a service call. They came out and inspected our oven, told us the part we needed and we agreed to order the part and have it installed. Long story short, 4 weeks later and about 5 or 6 phone calls and the part still hasn't been installed. This company is a scam, takes your money for the service call and doesn't do a damn thing to fix your problem. Go elsewhere. Also wouldn't mind the receipt you also promised to send through to us considering we paid cash.

Very happy with the service by Sam. Arrived on time then fixed my washing machine within 1/2. Would recommend a call if needed appliance work done within a household. I would happily be calling Top appliance agin if assistance is needed again. Thanks again Sam. Matt Bourke Glenmore Park
