I hate this school went here for 6 years don't take your children here. But i hate most of the teachers target kids, my brother went here and a teacher targeted him for a whole year tho he left. he once went to camp almost got food poising don't do cake lotto is a scam and hope they shut down and the principle sucks
I went to this school 6 years and absolutely loved it. All the staff members were so kind and supportive. All the students there were amazing. Lots of good opportunities at this school as well as things like captaincy roles. It was mostly a positive environment to grow up in. TPS has such a nice community overall- highly recommend.
I would not recommend this place to any parents looking to enrol their children. From personal experiences, I have found the leadership to be outrageous with the way they engage with students.nnJust some morons they have in that school as teachers. The only teachers who are respectable are Mr Y, Ms W, Ms S, Ms R and Ms D not the principal and the educational aids. The PE lessons, teacher and inter school competitions winter playoffs, tommy lahiff cup, etc I will give credit to as that’s one of the last things that isn’t flawed. Other than those few people, I find that all the other teachers are disrespectful towards students, don’t allow them to share their own thoughts if it doesn’t agree with theirs, and have poor communication with the parents.nnThe staff here don’t acknowledge when they are within the wrong and will ignore any concerns that parents may have regarding the situation their child may find themselves in.nnMultiple times, there have been poorly managed situations of bullying, false accusations, and a lack of proper judgment. This facility will not help your child become successful and reach for the stars. Rather the opposite.nnI have been at this school for 5 years and ever since the old principal left, this place has been declining. I have experienced getting in trouble for something I haven’t done, sharing my own opinions, thinking a different way, not following some of the stupidest rules, the list goes on and on.nnHere’s a list of more flaws in this school:nn- Couple years ago there was a kid with what I am assuming is a mental condition, who was completely reckless, as in he would punch kids, bully people, and behave in an awful manner towards his peers. The school did not have the proper resources and to this day still doesn’t to handle a situation like that.nn- The ways of teaching are not enjoyable, as in kids get bored easily and have nothing else to do other than sit in a chair for 4 hours listening to someone blabbing about a topic that won’t help the child. Trust me, this one I experience every day I’m at school.nn-Falsely accused me of vandalism when I discovered that a chair was broken on a bus. The teacher didn’t even take a second before getting me in trouble, believing that I had damaged it. Didn’t even let me explain or give me the chance to fight their actions. Rather they forced me to write an apology letter for 1, something I haven’t done, and 2, something I’m not sorry for as I haven’t done it!!!nn- Was once racially abused by a resident who lives opposite from the school. The next day, I returned with a megaphone and called her out in public for her actions like that moron deserves.nI will also point out this was AFTER SCHOOL HOURS. Then, a teacher came out and forced me to hand him my megaphone and confiscated it. That’s my personal property, that guy took. The School barely regarded the story and despite speaking with my teacher who at least supported me, I still felt the school didn’t care and didn’t want to admit they were wrong.nn- Even jumping over the fence gets you punished. It is much easier to climb over the fence than to go through the gate. If the school wants to justify that they have a duty of care and want to prevent an accident, who’s to say that a teacher can’t hit a student or that a kid may have a weapon in their bag? Those situations pose a higher threat than a kid falling over the fence and getting a tiny bruise. How will a kid learn if they are kept away from experiencing new things?nn-Also, something as pointless as lining up in roll order. In term 1, if person wasn’t in roll order, we’d be outside for ten minutes in the scorching heat getting lectured. And what about sitting down when we’ll be standing in a few seconds anyway? Why? Because they want to control us. That’s why our tables are lined in rows, nice and neat and we raise our hand if we want to speak or use the bathroom. Make us all supine. That’s their plan. Fortunately for me, I don’t believe in this system of oppressing these kids.
They don’t care about bullying they slap kids on the face when not looking, body shame and rank kids based on their looks
THIS SCHOOL WAS SO GOOD I LOVED IT
