Bought the $90 bouquet online delivered to a CBD address. Bouquet is bigger than expected and in very good health. Delivered on the date as per order and it arrived around 1pm. Before and after photos After 8 days show how the flowers age. The big ones Carnation? that was open upon delivery wilted after 5 days. The roses, lilies and snapdragon are still going. Flowers do require to be put in vase and water replaced every 2days. I would definitely buy from T&C again.

I ordered four bouquets quite last minute today. I requested for delivery as well. I left it to Joycelyn and buoy I was thoroughly satisfied with their service, care and the flowers of course. The bouquets were soo beautiful and the people who received loved them. The team at Tomuri made sure they followed the instructions to the dot and delivered all bouquets today. Exceptional service. Please don’t go by their rating, give them a chance and you will not be disappointed.

The lady is so nice!!! The flowers are very fresh and in very good quality but in very affordable price. Thanks so much for making my day. I’m so sad to see there are some rude reviews. Hope everyone can show some respect to each other.

This place is my go to when I need flowers.  I’m local so I usually just collect from the store where they are always busy but everyone is lovely despite being rushed off their feet.  Their bouquets are always beautiful and are exactly as described and pictured and every personalised bouquet I’ve ordered has been perfect.  The flowers have always lasted a long time and I always receive positive feedback from the recipients.  Thank you Tomuri team, keep up the awesome work.

Don’t usually surprise the Mrs with flowers but on our 10th wedding anniversary I decided to fork out $100 on a bouquet.  The bouquet was pretty thin. Not much going on. Not a lot of colour. Not a lot of flowers. But the wrapping was pretty good. Made it look fancier then it actually was.  2 days later everything had decayed quick. On the 3rd day they were thrown out. I expected it to last at least a week. Especially from a shop who only sells flowers.  I’m sure you’d get better value and better longevity out of something from the supermarket.  Here’s what’s $100 got me. Sadly didn’t take any photos of the dead bouquet 2 days later but rest assured it would have been more entertaining flushing the $100 bill down the toilet.

Flowers dropped all petals and died two days after receiving them! Received peonies from my mum as a birthday gift, but could tell they were old stock as they were all open and already losing colour. Have tried phoning them several times over the past few days and no one ever answers the phone!

Although the bouquets are nice, the service is terrible. They never deliver when they have to. This is the 3rd time that happened to me and my partner. If you want to buy flowers, is better to collect them as you cant expect them the time/day as agreed. Plus they never pick up the phone. If you buy flowers for a special occasion this is not fair. wish you guys looked after your clients.

Purchased yellow roses off their website only to have them email that they wouldn't be honouring the sale as it was actually an old promotion they had left up thus delaying the flowers. After emailing them I just needed flowers to be delivered asap for the death of a loved one, in either white or yellow they sent very clearly end of the line pink and red roses that were wilting and dropping petals after 1 day. Not impressed at all.

FALSE ADVERTISING - OVERCHARGED - QUICK DELIVERY Dang, I should've read the reviews before purchasing from this business.  Ordered the Mountain Green arrangement advertised for $139 but totalled at $160.  The image shows multiple assorted flowers in a round shaped looking glass vase. However, it actually comes in a skinny glass cup filled with mostly leaves and dead looking twigs - NO lilies as shown in the image.  So, if you like paying for leaves, sticks and a skinnier than advertised bunch of flowers or ONE of each flower then go ahead and buy from these rip-offs.  Five stars for delivery, but!  Makes me wonder if they dropped most of the flowers during their speeding  delivery, or maybe they  were just in such a hurry they forgot the other half of the flowers.  Top marks for their website, too.  Very nice.  If only the products duplicated their website.  RE being overcharged.  That was my bad.  I couldn't see the suburb amongst the millions AKL suburbs on their list.  Shalini emailed  first thing the next morning to advise the order was on hold until delivery was paid.  Was given a link and the system charged double - $46, as opposed to $26.  "Free delivery in AKL."  Hmmm... that's a lie. Refund still pending - to be fair, it's only the first day.  Lesson learned: Stick with who you know. marketflowers.co.nz avantgarden.co.nz edibleblooms.co.nz wanderingwillownz.co.nz - at least with these guys you know you're ordering dried and dead flowers.  ; P

My partner brought me some roses and after getting them we contacted about getting a refund. A quick response and we brought the flowers back and got a refund sorted and they also said they would send some fresher ones. I appreciate the quick response and sorting of the issue.  Update: We never got the fresher flowers.
