We chose T-H-E for the most important feature windows in our new home as the Luxaflex product provided the luxury look we wanted. The sales team in the showroom were extremely helpful in assisting with fabric colour selections and complemented Dale's expert advice on the best product to use during the measure-up. Expected timeframes for manufacture of the different products were explained upfront and the installer was on time , polite and took great care in protecting our carpet and cleaning up after installation. If you want a guaranteed quality product then this is the company you need.

A wonderful experience withTomorrows Home Environment right from when Craig came out to quote to Paul the installer. In our bathroom other companies told us it was not possible to install shutters. Craig however said "no problem. We can make them to fit". And they did. Thanks so much. We just love the blinds and shutters. Mary and Martin
We have used Tomorrows Home Environment for both inside and outside blinds on 2 separate occasions and have found their professionalism and attention to detail to be second to none. From beginning to end with their product knowledge and expertise they made the process seamless. Will definitely use them again, recommend them to all
I don't know where to start, not one part of the process went well. Even though significantly more expensive than other comparable options, we went with this business because we were told to expect a 2-3 week wait at most, which was shorter than others. After 3 weeks, I contacted the business and was told that the blinds had arrived the week before, and that an installer should contact us. It took a follow up phone call every day for a further week, before an appointment was even scheduled. Installer arrived, 2 of 4 blinds had been measured incorrectly, so then had to wait another week for these to be re-made and then installed. Another roller blind had no cord safety/guide installed, another set were not installed straight, and another set of roman blinds didn't cover the window - which is apparently normal to have to wait months for them to gradually lengthen and cover the window not sure why this was only the case with one set of our romans, rather than both. I'm presuming another measurement error. Throughout the process, there was more attitude than concern or apology, and no communication at all every contact was initiated by myself. Even if my life depended on it, I couldn't think of a single positive comment to make. When this is all you do every day, you'd think you could at least get the measurements or installation right? After spending $10k for blinds for 4 bedrooms, I would definitely say go elsewhere, even Bunnings or online, as aside from the difficulties during the process, the quality of the finished product doesn't exceed other options significantly more cost effective. UPDATE June 2020: It gets even better...soon after installation, the track for our several thousand dollar ‘block and sheer’ curtain began to sag, then the other night only 6 months after installation it just fell straight out of the wall leaving a couple of holes in the plaster of our new bedroom. This was installed by the owner of the business who thought that two points held by a few screws to hold a 4mtr double blind would do the job. Now the curtain is unusable and we have to deal with luxaflex again I’d rather have a tooth pulled and won’t hold my breathe waiting for it to be fixed.
We were very impressed with Dale from Luxaflex. He was courteous very helpful and most of all a perfectionist to make sure our blinds were professionally installed.
