The first time I've ever been to a Tommy Bahama store today at Birkenhead Point and it won't be my last. I'm an instant fan. A huge selection of some really amazing clothing. The lady who served me was awesome helping me find sizes and items that I was after and advice on how to best care for the items. Service like this is hard to find these days.
Vibrating colours!! It’s attracted me to go inside but I couldn’t find my size. Their XS still big for me though I like to wear one of their products.
I was here over 2 months ago to exchange 3 shirts that my Daughter had purchased for me in Hawaii. After emails between myself and "Tommy Bahama" staff in the U.S.A. we were able to work out the best Store for me to achieve the exchange. Petra, at Birkenhead Point, was Wonderful. She'd received an Email about my predicament and was so Helpful and Charming in aiding me to exchange my clothing. We worked out my "Store Credit" and off we went. After working out my correct size she assisted my Daughter in finding every possible design in the colours I preferred. With Discounts, Sale Items and buy 3 get one free, I left the store with 4 Hawaiian Shirts, a beautiful Pullover, and many Scented Candles. Thank You.
The perfect holiday wear clothing store, especially for warmer climates. Tommy Bahama creates beautiful, colourful, feminine linen clothing and we spent ages in here on Sunday. They had some great price reductions. The three of us tried on many items and we ended up buying dresses and linen pants for an up and coming holiday. We took advantage of the buy more than 3 items and get an extra 20% off special. Excellent quality clothing and accessories.
4.3 - I really liked this store - the eye-catching swimsuits caught my eye when I was looking for a swimming costume! I visited the 2 outlets at Birkenhead Point but didn't find anything I liked, whereas I found a few I liked here!! Other clothing items were really nice and floaty as well. Only thing was that while I was there, a couple of the staff members were having a tiff over me while I was browsing items. The energy wasn't good - and they continued to get frustrated at each other even when I looked up at them to observe.
Found my elusive hat here. I love this shop.
Tommy Bahama is my favourite brand as everything fits just right & the clothing is of high quality. This store has great customer service and a great range of products. Recommended.
