This Icebreaker outlet has some good quality clothing, but the price is still a little on the high side. I highly recommend this brand for cold weather. It's light weight and comfortable.
I have been buying Icebreaker since 2012 and it used to be good quality, service and reasonable prices. Prices have gone up, quality has gone down and service non existent. I wrote to customer service New Zealand and Australia and no response in over a week. I have original 2012 tops in better condition than some of this more recent rubbish. Very sad when the company is all about money with no service or quality.

I have been going to Icebreaker for many years. I find their staff to be friendly and helpful. The quality of the product is amazing. Their clothes breathe and move with me, such a comfort to wear.
Refunded clothes purchased online. Staff had some technical issues which was resolved. Turned out they had a new refund policy in place and their system wasn't activated. Took the chance to check discuss with one of the staff about the difference between Cool Lite and Tech Lite clothes and other questions. My experience here was very good. I would definitely come back. They sometimes have 50% off sales. Also they have a wider variety than their online store! Best to try sizing in store with the assistance of knowledgable staff in store than buying blind online!
I had a extremely pleasing encounter with their store manager Owen, I purchased a product some while ago and lost the receipt, I found it to be somewhat faulty but Owen was extremely polite and helpful with it, he claimed the product under warranty and and ordered us a new one. Me and my wife travel alot in winter and we are also very satisfied with the quality and warmth of icebreaker. Recommended to all!! And special shout out to Owen for his help.
This place tends to have a "lag" in what items they stock so I recommend trying this outlet especially if you're not happy with the current range of colours on the website or stocked in shops. Last time I went there, the sales lady went and fetched my size from storage as it wasn't on the rack. So appreciated that! I always get excellent service at this place! :-
We went during the Boxing Day sale where everything was 60% off so I have no complaints about the prices. Every staff member was very knowledgeable and patient despite us being there for about an hour.
Do Not Recommend! Products are not upto mark , specially Merino Wool Jacket. we bought 2 jackets at a very high price and they were of no use in Winter. Other brands cheaper jackets were more warm and effective. Not even worth 1 star.
