A good stay. Secure parking. Great Staff. Outdoor pool was clean. Large gym open at all times. Felt safe and at home, met lots of other young professionals WFH in the shared offices. Appreciate my 2 weeks time here!
The rooms are great, but our window is exactly over where people smoke. Staff and other areas are great. Really like the place. 10 min walking to foodstore. Not much around the area. Maybe 40 min public transport to the city.
Single room is too small and if you have friend to visit no space for 2 people. Shower with toilet together not recommended. They do not provide any tea , coffee , mugs or cutlery in the room that you might ask the reception or bring your own . Stay for few day is ok but not for long term. Customer service is fast check in and friendly service.
They're supposed to be for long-term stays and for people moving to Melbourne, but it's the opposite of that. There aren't even cups or coffee or things you'd get in a normal hotel. Like, I've been in the UK for four years. Just got home with my life in a 23kg suitcase, and I got in at 2 am after a 36-hour flight with mad delays, and there are no cups in the hotel that's meant for long-term stays? WHAT SENSE DOES THAT MAKE? You at least should have the bare minimum that other hotels have for short-term stays. GIVEN THAT'S YOUR ENTIRE BRAND.nnThere is no soap in the bathrooms, which is disgusting. They have kitchens, but nothing in them. You can't even make a coffee because there's no coffee maker. The price is mad for what you get. I paid $169 a night for the middle of nowhere. The cafe is never open, and there's no decent coffee or shops around here.nnMy post was never delivered. They told me they bin it or return it. LIKE MATES, YOU HAVE MY CONTACT INFORMATION. EMAIL ME. DON'T THROW OUT MY APPLE OR AMAZON PACKAGES. Also, my credit card came to this address, and I never got it, that card was stolen and had fraud, which makes me think they throw out our post, and the homeless get it because someone tried to spend all this money at the bottle shop.nnEXACT OPPOSITE OF ITS MARKETING. THEY MADE IT SO HARD FOR PEOPLE MOVING HERE. Throwing out someone's post or packages when it includes information from banks or the government is crazy without contacting them when we are literally in the system, and you make us give you our information. Why do you collect our information? I have to get emails from now until the end of time from ya, but you can't do basic customer service with sensitive information.nnTHINK! IF you want to please the people who stay for the purpose of relocating, what do those people need? We probably aren't bringing mugs, glasses or forks across the country, mates.nnHaving to apply to get your bond back is a predatory practice. Very misleading. If they were honest and said we don't do anything, and you have to bring everything like you're going damn camping, people won't feel so misled.
Great staff and events! Lots of stuff happening each month which is fun! The pool and gym is awesome and theres a football game in the lobby nEasy to take the public transport to the city and Fitzroy!
