pretty disappointed, paying $200 a night for a room that provided a kettle but not the tea, coffee, cups etc? not even soap. we got charged with a late check out fee for being 15 minutes late and when we asked for a couple of wine glasses/cups from reception they said that they don’t provide glasses for guests but usually provide paper cups to which we found out they were out of stock! room was ok, clean enough but definitely not as clean and amazing as the photos. now staying at ibis budget which to our surprise has more amenities and services than this place. very disappointed
The staff were not good - they were not helpful at all an quite actually unfriendly at timesnnThe facilities were very substandard- the kitchen area was unclean and messy and there was a severe lack of fridge space to the the extent that we didn’t even cook while there.nThe laundry facilities too were not worth it.nThere weren’t nearly enough 1 washer and dryer per floor therefore they were always occupied. On 4 occasions within 3 hours i attempted to wash clothes to which i couldn’tnnThe room was very pokey and the bed frame was not user friendly - on 5 occasions i hit my knee off the corner of the bed which was very frustrating nnAlso the main issue was the air conditioning. The hotel run off a “centralised” controller which means that each room CANNOT control the temperature within the room. This meant that even in high temperatures 23+ we couldn’t cool our room down. This was the first occasion we experienced this on our travels, staying in multiple places even places that cost half the money per night thay this place charged. Obviously an attempt to save money on electric bills. This was very uncomfortable so we had to avoid being in the room as much as possible due to thisnnOur room key cards also would not work any more than 1 use at a time - requiring us to have to make our way down to reception via stairs whilst on the top floor in order to access our room / use lift etcnnOur room also had not even got basic cleaning products which come standard with EVERY other hotel / apartment / room we had stayed in during our travels . We had to go and buy our own products just to wash our hands. However upon checkout we had discovered that we were supposed to be provided with a welcome pack which had basic cleaning products i.e hand soap, shampoo etc which we weren’t obviously providiednnI wouldn’t normally leave a bad review even in circumstances which call for it however i feel that any chance to deter tourists from this place i will takennDon’t waste your money !
The hotel was pleasant and clean, and they were accommodating with a late check-in. However, I encountered an issue with the checkout process. A cleaner entered our room at 9 a.m., and then reception knocked at 10:10 a.m., claiming we were 10 minutes past the checkout time. Although we had arranged a late checkout for 11 a.m. the night before, reception came by again at 10:50 a.m. to check if we were leaving. This was quite frustrating given our prior arrangement. Despite this, we plan to stay again in the future.
Stayed here over the weekend. The greatest room with balcony was awesome. The room, bed, and bathroom were clean; view was terrific. The internet bandwidth was amazing! Super fast for uploading and downloading data >100 Mbps for both. Friendly staff as well! The only issue is the AC in the room can be noisy sometimes.nnOverall, great experience.
Hi stay here for 2 weeks things were fined mostly as I was coming and going for work.nWhen I book in I was ask to pay 250 aud for a holding stay which is normal at most hotels in case things get damage etc. But after 2 weeks I have not got my money back. I am in remission for cancer so the work I do is good for me instead of doing nothing and the hotel treats a cancer survivor like this shame on the hotel I want my money back?nIf I have rang them many times and still get b.s excuses.
