The rooms were lovely and modern. Beds and pillows super comfy.nnStaff are very helpful and friendly.nnOnly negative thing I have to say is the air-conditioning was not strong and did not cool down the room.
The Novotel has a lot to offer and my stay there has made me want to know more. As for their service, nothing short of professional. Their rooms were very tidy and the manager gracefully gave us the top floor to view our New Year’s fireworks. It made our NYs so special!!nnTheir rooms are spacious and the aircon is great. I would definitely stay here again and try out their amenities and dining they have to offer.
We've used Novotel Preston for a large event and are about to do so again, and their team work hard to make sure everything is set up just the way you want. They are excellent at listening to requests and working with you to ensure everything goes smoothly, and are responsive to any issues or questions before, during and after the event. Highly recommend you check them out for your next event!
I have stayed at the Preston twice. Once with a tour group and once also for a business function. On both occasions the hotel handled my booking with great ease and with a smile. Nothing is too much trouble for this crew. Service and food is wonderful. Rooms are clean and well appointed.nFor me it just like coming home.
The staff were fantastic and always there if assistance was needed. They went out of their way to accommodate any request from our group, nothing was too much trouble for them to do for us. As a group experience, the food was exceptional, 5stars to the Chef, as all of the players nutritional needs were catered for during our stay. Chef was very flexible and accommodating if times needed a slight tweak and it was very much appreciated by all. The rooms were great, clean and what they needed after a long day. Proximity to the Airport and La Trobe University was perfect for us. Please thank all your team as the effort they afforded us was tremendous and we can't thank them enough. Look forward to returning in 2025.
