I've been a patient of TM physio for several years (as are other members of my family, and many of my friends).  How disappointing to see that someone has chosen this forum to vent their spleen, at the expense of what I know is an incredibly skilled, professional, caring and empathetic physiotherapy practice - the best.  I know for a fact that if you discuss your issues with Tim (or any member of his team), they will do whatever they can to provide the best possible service to meet your needs.

They won't even consider giving accounts at all so if you're in a fair majority of people that live paycheck to paycheck, avoid. Find a Physiotherapist that at least has empathy and are willing negotiate and at least advise.
