The "fabulous Tin Plate Pizza" is available from 3pm onwards and the full evening menu is available from 5pm.

The dinner menu has a variety of food from the traditional pizza we are known for, through to local salmon, venison salad and vegetarian options.

It’s a nice restaurant at Lake Tekapo area. I ordered lamb shank which was really good and big portion. It came with 2 big lamb shanks in a plate with mashed potato and pumpkin. The only disappointment was that I couldn’t order a drink cuz you need to have your passport or NZ driving license with you in order to order any alcoholic beverage. It seems to be a local rule, but otherwise a good experience.
Having to wait for an hour for food, we ended up having it taken away and enjoy the pizza with wine infront of our balcony while waiting for sunset. Tekapo is too popular with tourists and is playing catch up. Service is pretty bad, staff look stressed. Pork belly was a dry pulled pork burger patty. Beef cheek was not bad, but nothing special. The pizzas looked good
Great lamb shanks! not that I'm an expert and good beer though they're list of what are in tap are dated. Good service and nice atmosphere. A little pricy for the big items.
Very high quality and tastey food, we got the mixed platter for two. Excellent service also. Reasonably priced. 2nd best meal in NZ after Urbano in Rotorua.
Tried the shank of lamp and the pork ribs; both were good. We sat at a self-served table which was fine with us.
Sat here for several hours and the staff were amazing, went out of their way to find us power for charging our phones and iPad. Food was great, drinks were great. Plenty of menu options. All round great day whilst we waited put a rainy day in Tekapo.
Lovely and cosy place with a fire place. The food is great, and so is the service staff. We had the octopus starter, a Maso Pizza and the Lamb with gratin. Yummy!!!!
Can't fault it. Surprisingly good food served by a discrete but friendly staff. Nice, chilled atmosphere and varied seating options for any occasion - couples, groups, families or bar stools. Outdoor covered and uncovered seating too. Small but good quality selection of tap beers. Go here.
New tasty menu with a new chef. Ordered the salmon and the share platter for 2. Both were incredible and worth the reasonable price. Slight miscommunication from the new menu that was resolved quickly by the chef and the friendly staff. Would recommend. Looking forward to next being in Tekapo.
