Large botanical gardens with large assortment of native and exotic flora.
Populated by large quantity of water fowl in the pond that is vastly centralised. Has access from the hospital on the North Eastern side that is also the helicopter entrance. With access for vehicles from the North and exit on the South side.
A childern playground is located near the South Western side of the grounds near main highway that has well maintained bird aviary situated near by.

Quite ok, but don't expect too much of it. If you need to walk, it is quite a bit out of town through some not really interesting piece of town

Beautiful spot to stop and have a picnic. There are plenty of benches and picnic tables available. Clean toilets. Sign posted from SH1.
