Good range of tiles but be careful with ordering . I gave them the specs of the area to be tiled and finished up with 5 boxes of tiles left over and then when I checked on return policy they gave me excuses about a different wharehouse and a 30 day limit. I paid up front before I had even taken delivery. On the whole I would look elsewhere for the next project and there will be a few of them.

Sold me end of line tiles that I couldn't use, were not fit for purpose and then refused to exchange them. And they would have to be the most expensive tiles in Melbourne.

Worst customer service every received. And unfair business practices bordering on theft. Avoid at all costs.

Good service, and we really paid not much for some beautiful 60 x 30 tiles. Delivered promptly and highly recommend this place.

Terrible service!. I didn't know much about titles. Recommend by a tradie who probably gets kick backs. Said i needed titles, outdoors, balcony, lots of dirt and plant life. They "took me" to titles that looked good but are dealing with the dirty area SOOO badly!. I long for my old titles back. The staff member who i relied on said these were the best for the job but now i realize that she just took me to the stuff they had on sale, nothing more. Should have gone to Bunnings. Thought a small specializing in titles company would know their stuff. Nope.
