We first used Adele when we were rebuilding our Albert Park home in 2015 & 2016. She specified all the lights & gave us a technical sheet for each light which importantly gave how it was to be installed for our builder. This year we went back to her as we are converting a 250m2 office into a new apartment for our home. Our architect had prepared a plan but with Adele's advice we changed many of the fittings to lower wattage & made better usage of lights over timber. We took her advice & dumped the home automation & track lights. We now have a much better light layout. She gave us good advice on sourcing different fittings & the level of pricing of our main supplier. We had an appointment with her at her showroom which helped us select different types of lights after looking at their effect in the showroom. The cost for this was money well spent. She followed up with a detailed plan together with specifications. In reflection we wasted time with our architect who did not have enough experience when they suggested lights. The architect recommended a supplier who also gave us little advice other than a quote. So as a repeat customer of Adele & Mint we recommend her business.
Adele asks all the right questions, listens carefully and then proceeds to lay out a lighting design plan on the spot. Not only that, Adele will demonstrate and explain different lighting effects inside her very well equipped lighting studio, and show examples of how a considered lighting design can create the right atmosphere in your home. Following the consultation, we received a clear lighting plan along with a very thorough information pack describing each luminaire required to achieve our desired outcomes, including installation tips, suppliers and local manufacturers. I couldn't recommend Adele and her team at Mint highly enough.
It was a pleasure meeting Adele and Ian for the Mint Lighting Design Masterclass. The energy and time that has gone into sharing their knowledge and passion about all things light is incredibly inspiring. Adele was incredibly knowledgeable, super clear and happy to answer any questions or go further into a topic if it was not completely understood. It is great experience from the first foot in the door, as the workshop itself reflects the time and effort that shows incredible insight to light, its characteristics and how it can be utilised. Thank you Adele and Ian both for your time and Thank you both for sharing your industry knowledge.

Incredible team of passionate and highly skilled lighting experts. Their service fills a residential lighting niche that considers both the science and art of light. Combined with a well-designed space, it achieves the pinnacle of architectural and interior design. Their masterclass is extremely informative, detailed and I would highly recommend it. Well worth the investment.
Adel is a dishonest as its gets and has no idea about lighting I have spent over 165,000 with here on lighting for my home with mint lighting supplying all the lights that have mostly failed to do what she said they was going to do. Outside in ground lights have all filled with water and do not work as they were not out side lights to begin with the product is an inside light The outside liner lights of which I paid extra money to have made to speciation have all filled with water again a product that was not to be used out side Inside group liner lights all have just in them that show showdown lines when they could have all been made to specification as what I had paid for listed of light that were to short to begin with My internal lighting that was to turn form white light to warm light does not work Adel sold me on the idea that she would attend the project as it was being built and keep an eye on the lighting instal as the construction took place of which I paid extra her to do, she visited the site once in the 2 year build and since the issues started she has never came back and refuses to come back to address the issues. Adel and mint lighting ate the worst mistake that I made when building my home been almost 2 years and Adel still will not take responsibility for her advice and product selection, its cost me double to fix the issues she has caused I would not recommend her to anyone at all Ross
Adele visited our home to give us some lighting ideas recently. From the moment she walked in, it was obvious she was very experienced and had excellent ideas about our lighting needs. She was warm, engaging and lovely to chat to. The plans she provided were comprehensive and easy to follow. Her charges were also very reasonable for the quality of her service. Her follow up was quick and efficient. We would very highly recommend Adele from mint lighting for ideas on how configure any lighting requirements.
Adele from Mint Lighting design has been great to work with for our upcoming project. She is professional, helpful and friendly. Her design style and knowledge of lighting is excellent. Her cost to performance value is very high considering the cost of other lighting consultants in the construction industry. Mint Lighting is also independent from any brands of lighting so you are not forced to use only one or a few brands of lights. We look forward to fitting out her light design into our house.
Adele was the ultimate lighting professional. The meeting was really fun and we left super excited about what Adele had suggestd for our lighting design. Adele quickly picked up the themes we want and adjusted her advice accordingly whilst adding inspiring ideas and inspiration that we just had no idea about. The meeting flowed beautifully, we covered all the work and finished on time. The follow up was also top class. Thank you Mint lighting.
