I went in the store on the morning of 19th August, there was only one person in store trying on shoes, I waited patiently thinking the assistant was at the back of the store. The lady trying on the shoes told me she was going to buy the shoes - I said great they look nice. Turns out she was the shop assistant! I asked her about a pair of Dogo shoes, as they did not have my size, I asked her where else I could possibly get the shoes that I liked. She said how would I know, I only work here, why don’t you google, isn’t that how everyone shops these days!?’ Alarmed at the response, she then asked me “ why are you looking at me like that ?” My reply, I always look like this and advised her I was somewhat surprised by the question of how I looked. She then suggested I call Donna the owner before walking off to the back of the store. I thanked her for her “help” and walked out. I sent a private message to Donna via Facebook some 6 weeks ago without a reply - hence the review I am placing today. I won’t be returning.
Best boutique in Burliegh! Gorgeous clothes, gorgeous stafff. Pam is a credit to this store. Without her expertise, would have walked out empty handed... Love my new outfits
