So grateful to the wonderful staff at this dental practice, I had a nasty infected tooth,from the 1st phone call I was greeted by Rachael, who was chirpy and booked me in as soon as she could. Arriving at the practice even though I was feeling miserable, Rachael greeted me with a cheerful hello & empathy when she knew I was in pain .Emily was the dental assistant, she was so lovely & kind.Dr Ellen was straight to the point in a good way. She kept me informed the whole way through from the cost to what she was doing  which made me feel at ease .she was quick & efficient. Today I wasn't feeling well so called the dentist without hesitation they booked me in for 5pm. Toa today was on reception she was so lovely and kind.Dr Ellen and Emily were both lovely & reassuring.Thank you ladies. I will definitely be coming back for further treatment

Dr Ellen Yang is amazing. She is straight up about what work needs to be done and how much it will cost. She has helped my 14y old to straighten his front teeth with no hassle. I have a severe phobia for the dentist but Dr Yang pulled my wisdom tooth in less than 10min. She was patient with me and got the job done with no problem. I highly recommend Dr Yang and her team.

Dr. Karen Lim has a pleasant, warm demeanor and makes you feel relaxed in the chair. Courteous and friendly, a wonderful experience. The team is greatly complemented by the receptionist Rachel who is  knowledgeable and stellar in her own right. Thank you team for fixing our nervousness!

Staff are good. But I had a horrible experience with my root canal and crown.  It’s been almost a year and am still on discomfort unfortunately I wish the dentist had told that the job is too big and suggested I see someone else. I had to get regular appointments for months which lead to nothing but pain.  Do your research before going

I had  two one hour treatments with Dr Alice,assisted by Nurse Toa. The fillings were complex.From the start, I felt confidence,because of their professional attitude and reassuring kindness.Clear explanation ,and total control of pain made it very bearable,even though it was awkward access for them.They worked well together as a team, to ensure my comfort. I was so thankful for this excellent experience of their expertise ,and their human kindness,and also for Rachel at reception. I will not hesitate to recommend TI Rakau Dental Centre to anyone,and informally share  my experience with local people I know. Great experience at the Ti Rakau Dental Centre. As soon as you walk in the door you can tell it has great modern facilities and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I saw DR Aisha, who I can say without a doubt is the best dentist I have visited. Her workmanship was excellent and she was very thorough explaining along the way and ensuring I was always comfortable. She is also a great human being and has knack of making you feel at ease and relaxed. Will highly recommend to anyone who needs to visit a dentist and will keep going back for sure.

The team at Ti Rakau Dental were amazing from day 1 with my son having his braces put on. They always created a calm & professional environment for every visit as he was quite nervous about the whole process. After a few months he looked forward to the visits and we were always given the times that worked well for us. An amazing team to work with. My son had his braces removed this week and we are so pleased with the beautiful results. Thanks again everyone,  we look forward to our next visit with you.

Dr Ellen Yang was the most gentle and  reassuring  dentist .Her nurse put me at ease as soon as I was in the chair. Was so fearful  after having a terrible experience  overseas  with an extraction,but Dr Yang  was so incredible, explained every step she was taking to remove the broken tooth that it was painless. Highly recommend.

Ellen Yang and her team deliver probably the best dental care I have ever experienced.  I have always been nervous about going to the dentist, however Ellen is so thoughtful, professional & caring in the way she delivers her care, I no longer have that nervousness.  The dental facility that the procedures are delivered in are equipped with 21st century technology that also enables the patient to see what the issues are and how they can be addressed prior to the procedure starting.  I cant speak more highly of Ellen and her team !  Grant
