Very Professional Service. I was serviced by Rupa . I thank Rupa for all her help and assistance. I had to undergo root canal treatment for one of my canine tooth. This tooth troubled me a lot when the teatment was going on . Rupa who was my dentist ensured at all time to check , if I was in pain or not. When pain she has come to work all the way for me to check in evening,  even after her normal hours are over and at times stayed back for me as i would finish work after 5.00pm. Such service and assistance can only be given by such good dr. Who understands her patient and knows her well. Thanks Rupa for all your humbleness and help. Will be remembered at all time. Thanks and wishing all the team at South auckland dental Merry Christmas And Happy New Year 2018.

In an emergency, I had no trouble making an appointment for my mother on a Saturday for an appointment the same day. The staff were pleasant and efficient. The rooms and facilities are a little cramped and basic, but not bad.

Called after work, booked for same day. Quick, efficient and reasonably priced. Pharmacy on site also. Couldn't be happier with their service.

Rang 3 times no one answered. On the google page says South Auckland dental A&E -730pm obviously because my tooth is an emergency I jump in the car and get there in time. Arrive and stand at reception to be asked have I booked an appointment? To my respectable reply No and I did try ringing and no one picked up, and that I came here because it was A&E and my tooth is falling out. With a concrete look she replies fill in the form and I ask for a pen nicely to get there? With a look in the view of something I couldn't see on this side of the desk to my reply again where sorry? To another stare to somewhere on the ledge (which was behind the desk she was sitting on someone else's space. After filling in the form sitting down to bring my temper down. She asked what do go as two last names I said my married name to be cut off so what do you go as? I then had enough I said you have been rude to me since I got here and explained to get I am so sorry from my heart with an incongruent face. Dentist was lovely though but what a shame. My rant
