No one was at office at the airport. Nobody answered the after hours phone....it was 2pm on a Tuesday. 3 hours after have passed since I was meant to pick the vehicle up and haven't heard back from anyone.

If I could rate 0 starts I would!!!  Very disappointed with @Thrifty car rentals New Plymouth- rented a car over the weekend and received an invoice Monday morning about 8am stating everything was fine and no money is owing, shocked to receive a phone call around lunch after THEY moved the car saying we had damaged it.  We have been in discussions with them, irrespective of the fact that the ‘manager’ lacks basic respect for customers, and still waiting for photos etc. alongside the promise that no money will be deducted from the credit cars.  To wake up this morning with over $800 deducted from the account without even notifying us and still lacking emails or photos is disgusting
