Nik runs the outlet. Nice guy. We needed a baby seat for an infant, but it was missing the head support. So if you need this MAKE SURE you are 100% satisfied with the seat and the head support before you go. We ended up seeing it was not correct and had to get it changed in Queenstown. Credit to thrifty add they made it easy to change it with no fuss. However thrifty really need to get the infant seats that are more protective. The head moved way to much.
