Excellent experience with the sales department. Understood my needs and supplied me with a fabulous new Astra Wagon. Highly recommend their service as they are a team that work together and all get involved in the sale.

Just had my Colorado serviced at Thompsons for the first time. Staff are excellent. Took time to review what had been completed during the service and then followed up with a customer service phone call to see how satisfied I was with the service and any issues.

Took my Colorado to them on the back of a tow truck emergency fix. Was told that they were booked out for 1 to 2 weeks and if I left them my number they would call if they had a cancellation. I was also told that their rate was $121 an hour and the work would be 4 hours plus plus expensive parts. I took that to mean I  couldn't afford them. I was virtually fobbed off. Wouldn't recommend a lame duck to go there
