Booked in for a service and to get a squealing noise inspected. 2021 hilux 30000kms Travelled 200km round trip due to my local dealer being to busy was told over the phone to allow 90 mins as he knew I was travelling Got there at 8am at 11.30 am I "asked" for an update! the car hadn't been looked at so I told em where to go and bring my car back immediately Luke also tried to tell me to my face that he told me on the phone they needed the car u til 4.30 pm which they DID NOT or I would have made other arrangements nor did they say this when I dropped it of and sat in front of them all in the waiting area for 3 and half hours without a word been spoken to me. I will never buy a Toyota again and I will be cancelling my partners 300series order as soon as I finish this review. P.s 2021 hilux rogue is a p.o.s...
We where on a travelling holiday and Our Toyota Prado had a real wheel sensor problem which had been diagnosed at a auto electrician which we told them about plus showed them the diagnosed sheet of paper but they still had to diagnosed that it was the same thing and then charged us over $500 dollars and then could not fix it for a fortnight time which we did not have so we left and when we got to our next destination we got the part and had no problem in getting it fixed by a mechanic would not go to this business again
We have brought 3 cars through Echuca in the last six years, each time The experiences have been hassle free. The staff are helpful and pleasant to deal with. We will buy a next Toyota Echuca again.
What would a Toyota service centre have to do to create a perfect interaction with a Toyota car owner? A few suggestions The dealer would have to make time on short notice to conduct a service for a Toyota owner who was just passing through Echuca even when there are no spots left and the service department is booked out for a week. They would have to provide a courtesy bus to get the owner back to his or her accommodation after dropping off the car in the afternoon for a newly created 0730 service slot. They would have to send the courtesy bus back the next day to collect the owner and take him to the Toyota service centre to pick up his or her car. They would have to provide a comprehensive verbal and written report on what was done when the service was over. They would have to only charge the agreed Toyota fixed price for the relevant vehicle service. They would have to wash the customer's car and have it waiting for collection right at the front door of the dealership. They would have had to fill out the car's service history and stamp it. They would have to be nice people, from the parts guy who made the appointment to the service team in the office and to the courtesy bus driver. Echuca Toyota did all of that !

Sales people are amazing. But they have a finance manager who can’t understand a salary slip and salary package is. She says salary sacrifice amount should be added in gross amount and it is tax deductible. It’s the employers mistake not adding into gross amount and salary sacrifice amount will not be considered as salary.
Outstanding service, rang toyota, told them what I thought was the problem with thd car, a fellow went for a drive with me to help identify the problem, turned out it was something else, phew. After a thorough check to make sure there was nothing else, I got the car fixed and drove away feeling confident again in my car. No one made me feel silly for all the questions, rather they answered some questions I had in relation to constant towing. Got helper springs put in very grateful. Price wise, outstanding. Thank you I can now confidently take the back roads, go out bush. Five stars
