Absolutely appalled at how this dealership have treated us. Came out to look at our car, offered a purchase price which we accepted, and arranged collection from Luke, and then his boss Michael sends us a text message to say they won’t be proceeded because he’s bought a large batch of cars in. That’s an appalling way to a communicate between teams in your own workplace, and b to let a buyer down by text when a price has been agreed and collection arranged, and then not to pick up the calls. I’m glad we aren’t doing business with them- now or in the future.
Searched extensively for the right car for my family. Found what I was looking for here. Was helped out by Daniel who provided a great service. He even picked me up from the station when I took the train up from Melbourne to collect my new vehicle. Very impressed with how efficiently everything was handled. Made a big difference to us and we are very happy with our new car.
The work was completed on time, and the staff were amazing! The waiting area was comfortable, and I appreciated the free coffee while I waited. Overall, this was a stress-free and positive experience, and I’ll definitely return for any future service needs. Highly recommend Echuca Toyota to anyone looking for quality car care!
