Beautiful store full of unique pieces. We had a custom designed timber dining table made and staff went out of their way to help us with the right design for our space. We were thrilled with the product and again relied on Thomas Gannan's advice to purchase complementary seats and artwork. If you want something different to the mass produced stuff you find in other places, recommend checking them out.

Had a great experience at Thomas Gannan. Bought something really nice and when it had a small flaw they fixed it promptly with no drama.

I’m shocked.I live in Fitzroy around corner from Thomas Gannan. Just bought a small globe of the world which slowly turns on it’s axis. The shop plays music and has general noise so it wasn’t until I got the globe home and put battery in only to discover it makes a grinding noise when turning. So I Put it back in bag with packaging, walked back to Thomas Gannan in less than an hour later (times on dockets), and they refused to give a refund. What? for a profit of $10 your going to burn a customer? They claimed store policy. I hear, “we’ve got ya money now, bad luck!” Really disappointed because I liked their stuff.
