Lunch on a Saturday. We are returning customers as we enjoyed our first visit here and were keen to return.nUnfortunately our second experience wasn’t as good as the first. Menu seemed to be reduced with limited options compared to previous.nOverall we had: cream and jam scone - average; pineapple ham savoury muffin - average; lamb burger - good; loaded wedges good.nFrom this we concluded cabinet food is so so and the menu is the go.
Exceptional pancakes, like nothing I've ever had before.nGorgeous sunny spot with plenty of street parking.nAlthough they were busy they were still able to provide excellent service. I'd recommend booking a table to avoid disappointment.
Lovely little cafe situated in an old house in a rather convenient place, providing plenty of parking. It looks well frequented by the locals, creating a homely atmosphere.nnThe food was excellent, fresh and tasty.nnWhen I visit Whanganui next time, I'll be back.
