Great lunch meal at The Metro as it's now known. Great new owners who are starting to give the old and worldly feel with old TV sets, jugs and stuff from past era's. Should be cool.
Quick service, nice roast dinner
Used to go here years ago had changed a bit,but we all have I suppose,meal was basic but very nice,staff very friendly and advised us to eat early as a large party were expected and there could be a long wait,turned out to be good advice,thanks
Ok I could see the club is under pressure with limited staff and quite busy but would have to say the rump steak and veges I ordered was in inedible. The steak was sooo tough,peas looked like they had been in the warmer all day pumpkin mush,very rare I ever review but I couldn't eat it ,1st time we had been out for months ,very Disappointing
We ordered the pork roast. Kids done free. Also had the cob loaf it was delicious. Food was hot when served.

Had my Mother-in-laws 80th birthday here. A very good meal of a generous serving size. Service was generally good except the bar lady who a number of people had a rude experience with her. We would go back again as everyone had a great time.
